Our mission statement reads:

“We proclaim the peace of Jesus Christ and invite all to fellowship, worship, learn and serve as we journey together, celebrating our diversity and our unity.”

Our charge as Christians is to live that mission in our community. We have been a part of the Olathe community for over 50 years, over 30 years in our current location on South Ridgeview Road. As a part of the worldwide Community of Christ, our calling is to proclaim Jesus Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love and peace.

Christ’s mission is our mission. We believe strongly in our faith community. We welcome you to come visit with us, come worship with us, or just to check us out here online.

Our church at the world level is focused on the whole mission of Jesus Christ through five, life-changing, church-changing, and world-changing mission initiatives:

Invite People to Christ — Christ’s mission of evangelism

Abolish Poverty, End Suffering — Christ’s mission of compassion

Pursue Peace on Earth — Christ’s mission of justice and peace

Develop Disciples to Serve — Equip individuals for Christ’s mission

Experience Congregations in Mission — Equip congregations for Christ’s mission
